What was the last play that you watched?

Last night I saw a regional production of "Fiddler on the Roof." I have seen this show many times as well as the movie version! The show and the performers were all great! The music is great!

One never gets tired of this Broadway classic. Great music. Unfortunately the message is still relevant today. Hate for anyone different.

Just got in from a new version's world premiere of The Great Gatsby.

Sat in for a Q&A after with the cast and crew including the writer.

10/10, but I love Gatsby in general.

Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind. (30 Plays in 60 Minutes.)

Two friends and I saw Too Much Light Makes The Baby Go Blind at the local university. It was by far the most out there show we have seen, but we liked it Very LGBTQ+ centric. I give it an 8/10.

Last night I saw a Regional Theatre Production of Carousel! The show, singing, and dancing, and acting were excellent! The music of Rodgers & Hammerstein!

I saw a local production of Gypsy on Friday. 'Twas excellent.

Saw a high school production of Tuck Everlasting on Saturday.

9/10

I would love to see a big production of it some day. I love the book and had no idea it was turned into a play.

Just got in from A Few Good Men.

Just like the movie, but with more jokes. For me the humor seemed misplaced, but still good. 9/10

Saw Beetlejuice The Musical tonight.

It was funny, but not something I will ever need to watch again. 7/10

Last night I saw a regional theatre production of "Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story.." The show was great! It is so sad and tragic that he died so young as well as the Big Bopper and Richie Valens who were all on the small private plane together! Buddy Holly's pregnant wife did not want to go on the plane. She had a dream that he was going to get killed in a plane.

The music, the story, the acting, and the singing were terrific!

Saw a university production of Dancing at Lughnasa

It had it's moments, but was overly long. Amazing set though. 8/10

Saw Chitty Chitty Bang Bang today. It was a small production for S.K.I.T (Salem Keizer Inspirational Teen Theatre).

It was great until almost the end. There was two songs I don't think was in the movie that was not needed.

9/10

Saw Annie last night.

The kids were great, but the parts without kids were boring.

8/10

For the first time in my life I saw two plays in one day.

The first I saw today was a high school production of Sense and Sensibility in a black box format. It was good, but I feel it would have been much better if we were not on stage. 8/10

The second play was 9 to 5. They had audio problems the first half, but got it fixed in the second. Felt overly long, but was funny. The Dolly cameo was fun and helped a great deal. 8/10
