United States of America because, like that broad expanse of land and
the "DIFFUSION" of people, climates opinions and mind sets would go
far in stimulating and possibly satisfying the burning curiosity of a man
who is obviously stifled under regional issues.

For all my critical views on the US, both the US and Canada have the most open and relaxed view on race given both are melting pots of hundreds of other cultures. That's not to say both don't still have to work on race relations, they do. But they are miles ahead of most every other country.
