My BMI is 19.58.

The body fat calculator says 19.18%, which is a little confusing. As I understand the BMI, I'm five pounds away from being underweight.
 
I don't agree with BMI it is a false thing to follow.

Body fat content is much better.

For instance, when I was in the police force I was 115kg and only 5.1% body fat.
The BMI system says I am obese (over 32 BMI).

Currently (2 years later) I am 92kg and 9% fat.
BMI 25 (overweight).

Muscle is heavier than fat yada yada yada.

My goal, is 9-15% fat, 105kg. Lean and toned.

edit: messed up my body fat figures LOL.
