Which Club Is Going To Win The Premiership This Season?

Oh so close for Reading. Very impressive to come back three times from deficits - and then we had a goal disallowed in the 87th minute or so. I agree Greaves - Coppell for Manager of the Year!!

Definitely. You came very close, but if Coppell keeps this up, then he'll be in Europe pretty soon.

I'm not convinced Bolton will do so well next season, having lost their manager and replacing him with someone with no real managerial experience, as far as I know. Then again, looking at Boro... we've actually finished two places above where we did last season. And we utterly steamrollered Fulham, the score doesn't reflect how damn brilliant we were. There was never really any question who was gonna win it.

And I went to school with David Wheater. ;)

And to finish this thread, started almost a year ago, we have the FACup Final on Sat 19/05/07, at the new Wembley Stadium.

Who is going to win?

As with the Lancashire v London final of 1923 - the first FACup Final at the old Wembley stadium in 1923, when Bolton beat WHam - I think the Lancs side, ManUtd, will win.

But football is a funny old game...;)

Well I think Chelsea will win. My Mourihno hate has softened over the months (he still is a major asshole) and they will want to show that they aren't satsified with the one, smallest trophy.

I also said earlier that I wanted Sheffield United to go down, but now that it's happened, I think I'd rather have had Wigan as they seem to have such a small support base. I heard it's because Wigan is a rugby town mostly? Sheffield seems to have great support, an entertaining manager (but another asshole), and a recent years rivalry with Reading - even a bit of a punchout between players then coaches this season.

I don't mind Sheffield United as a team, it's the manager I dislike. Either way, I think West Ham should go down. FIFA are getting involved now.

Which club is going to win the FACup at the new Wembley today?

Chelsea or ManUtd?

It's going to be some event. Watched by an estimated 500 million around the world.

A parade of former FACup star performers - including Bobby Smith, Cliff Jones, Ricardo Villa, Glenn Hoddle and Dave Mackay from Spurs - will precede the match.

The Red Arrows will do a fly-pass.

Unfortunately Tony Blair can't be there.

But don't despair: Prince William - a well-known Reading supporter:rolleyes:- will take time off from his onerous military duties:rolleyes: to present the medals.

I reckon man u will win this afternoon especially with all the chelsea injuries

There will be dancing in the streets of West London - where I live - tonite: Chelsea have won the FACup 1-0.:=D: :=D: :=D:

Drogba scored the winner, and, overall, showed why he should have been Player of the Year. He was awesome.:=D: ManUtd? A shadow of the side we have seen during the Premiership.

Interesting to hear the pundits again talking about the introduction of "modern" technology after the game. A subject much debated in this thread.

So now, just the CL Final in Athens next Wednesday, where AC Milan take on Liverpool. If u have any thoughts on that game, post them on Sam's thread...

Thanks to all the JUBbers who have contributed to this thread.:=D: :=D: :=D:

It all starts again in August, and this time Spurs WILL win the Premiership, the Uefa Cup, the Carling Cup, and the FACup; and Berbatov will be voted Player of the Year.;) ;) ;)

Sweet dreams are made of this. Who am I to disagree?...
