How true. The store is way to dark inside as a result. I think the company paying shirtless guy's to model at the front of the story is a little tackly. I guess sex really does sell.

I hate Abercrombie's sizing. When compared to other stores, Abercromie's large is really a medium, medium a small and a small is 'never tried a thing called food before' :cool:.

i have never been in one of their stores. i don't think i would be welcomed walking into their emporiums. i don't fit their mold.​

I love A&F and shop there often. I'm old and ugly, but never get any odd looks. The "visuals" there are worth the trip (both male and female), but I've never seen any shirtless guys there except for the posters.:confused:](*,)
 
Meh. After working there and Hollister, I am done with that. I still buy from them sometimes- but the hours and wages are atrocious, and the fact that YOU have to call THEM to see if they need you on days you are scheduled is ridiculous.
 
i can safely say that i have NEVER bought anything from any A&F or their sister stores (Hollister, Ruhl...) I just go in when i'm shopping with a girlfriend who wants to go look. a few years ago they had a "sale" on T shirts that were so "worn" that they looked practically see-through. They were $8 for girls. i didn't even want to look at the men's ones.

Oh, man, you may have to come on Saturdays for them. (!) We had a shirtless model today. He was hot. Those are more worth the trip. lol

Yeah, I guess we have to call in if want to change the availability one week before the schedule is out. I never worked before, so I don't know if other part time jobs run like this too? I will have 3 night shifts next week.
For the salary, I don't know how much I'm gonna get paid.

I did one time at their store at The Grove in Los Angeles ....he was standing by the door.

If you're night shift (3rd shift?) then you will prolly have a decently steady schedule :)
