In other words he's willing to offer evidence that isn't really evidence, but is unwilling to do an FBI investigation? I'd like to meet the man who would gamble on this guy being innocent.

Kavanaugh records in his calendar that he went to parties, and his friend Judge writes about him (allgedly him) being blackout drunk. I'm not sure how this works in his favor. He doesn't recall because perhaps he was blackout drunk (?) She does recall it was him, and she only had 1(?) drink. Idk...looks kind of damning to me. Doesn't matter though because Republican Senators have already made up their minds... for political reasons.

I'm not sure if that matter anymore. Fresh of the heels of metoo and in the viral age, this is kind of unprecedented, but the way our culture works if you can control the narrative it's almost irrelevant if you're telling the truth or if he has anything of substance, the possibility alone will be enough for people to run with and respond as if it were the gospel truth, by the time the truth comes out we're already on to the next story anyway, the damage might already be done.

Basically they question the timing of this, the political nature of the allegations, the rush to judgment, and the automatic presumption of guilt based only on gender.

And I completely agree with them. I frequently watch Fox News, although not full hourly programming. Mostly clips and segments on YouTube, and sometimes live stories.

I personally believe this is a contrived and pre-arranged plot by Democrats to stall the process past the mid-term elections, just to scupper the election of a conservative justice to the Supreme Court.

Deal with FACTS. If this or any other woman cannot provide legally indicting evidence, then no court could conceivably convict this man, or any other man. That is NOT saying the allegations are false, OR true. It is saying there is no way of ever knowing. It's impossible. No date, no location, no corroboration. And 35 years have gone by.

The Republican senators on that committee should put an end to this hi-jacking of the process by #metoo hysteria and witch hunt, and its descent into gender division and mania, and they should go ahead and approve him.
