Do you know that:
Cocoa & Green tea has the highest potency of antioxidant compared to most foods? Try to include these two antioxidant soldiers into your daily diet. Get good quality cocoa powder and add into anything you can possibly imagine. Organic green tea is brilliant. Boil, steep for 10-20 minutes & drink it. Do not steep too long as it will turned brown. You're suppose to drink it while its green. You can also mix the steeped tea with water and drink it all day. Green tea is also good for your mouth as it cleanses the bacteria that grows in your mouth especially after a meal.
