Denver, Colorado. "The Mile High City", so named because of its altitude of 5280 feet above sea level.

I thought I'd personalize this a little with some pictures I took at Denver's Pridefest 2009. About 250,000 people attend every year, which is amazing since the Denver metro area's population is about 2.5 million, and the whole state is only 4.5 million. It ranks in the top 10 Pridefests in the US, and Denver's GLBT population is estimated to be the 7th largest as a percentage of the population in the US.

The Colorado State Capitol Building, overlooking Pridefest. The dome is coated with Colorado gold leaf. At the 2007 Pridefest, I was working my employer's booth and took a picture of a cute couple who come from Nebraska every year and have their picture taken in front of the Capitol building. They've been doing that since the early 90s.

San Juan was a Spanish military fort and also a prison.. a prison of the WORST KIND, it was better to be dead than be in it!! in the tours you can walk everywhere there and you feel wrong shit happened there :P, the fort is called "El Morro" there's another one like it in cuba.

And we speak english in case you wonder :P we are U.S. Colony like Gwam, Hawaii, etc..

That's the 3 Hotels which is the Integrated resort that they are building there including a Casino a Art-Science Museum and some shopping areas. There's going to be an observation Deck at the top. Which looks like this.
