~ The minutes of the episode for my JUB BFF Sgt. Pepper ~:
There wasn't a true bottom three this week as Ryan calls them in "random order." The last three in danger were:
1. Casey
2. Jacob
3. Scotty
Jacob is sent to safety first.
Casey is eliminated.

More in-depth recap:
First six minutes are spent on filler like Steven's magazine covers and the Idols visiting people for the royal wedding, because I'm not sick enough of hearing about it. Top 6 performs a melody of a couple of songs that I don't know, featuring Lauren looking way bigger than Haley, before the first commercial.
Ford music video is "Our House" and it's the same cheesy Ford music video crap with the Idols drawing with markers with their art materializing into furniture. Crystal Bowersox comes out and sings a song called "Riding with the Radio" to her usual standard of excellence. Second commercial.
Ryan asks the Idols fan questions. Fozzy says he'd do a duet with Oscar Peterson. Jacob says he discovered the range of his voice at age 6-7, singing with his mom. Piggy says the hardest thing about being a finalist is missing friends and family, talking about the tornadoes in the south. Kermit worked in a grocery store and a tanning salon before coming on Idol. Gonzo says he played a few bands before Idol and likes to have side projects. Janice says her favorite past Idols are Adam Lambert, Siobhan, Kelly Clarkson, Lee and Crystal.
Haley is called to the stage first. Video package recap is shown. Apparently she curses when Jimmy Iovine says she doesn't know who she is.
Haley is declared SAFE.
Scotty comes down next. Another video recap with Scotty agreeing with Jimmy that subtlety is overlooked on this show. Video recap for Lauren; Jimmy says that she focuses too much on the judges' negative feedback (what negative feedback?

). Casey's recap is played with Jimmy saying that he shouldn't growl because the family dog doesn't vote; he says Casey will be safe. None of these damn people is declared safe nor in the bottom three yet. Third commercial.
We come back to James' recap and Jimmy Iovine says James singing "heavy metal" songs is not believable, so I guess it's a good thing that HE DOESN'T.
James is declared SAFE. Jacob's recap has Iovine moaning about Jacob's outfit last night, and thinks he could go home tonight. The four remaining people are called to the stage.
Lauren is declared SAFE. Fourth commercial.
Bruno Mars sings some faux-reggae pop song that I don't recognize because I'm not hip enough. Commercial five. We come back and
Jacob and Scotty are declared SAFE.
Casey is eliminated. Something is obviously going on with Casey and Haley since he's singing to her at the end.
