Katelyn Epperly was amazing tonight. Her version of "The Scientist" by Coldplay was beautiful.

I hate Ellen on the show.

Bowersox is overrated.

Alex Lambert is my favorite guy. His video package was adorable and i love the richness in his voice.

Hope these two stick around for quite some time.

I thought the girl that did The Scientist was a disaster. I thought her phrasing of it was horrendous. Maybe I'm spoiled by Natasha Beningfield's good interpretation. But I thought it sucked. That last note was especially painful.

Didi was ridiculous. She's not a bad singer but her voice just isnt soulful enough to cover Aretha. If anything she should have changed the style of it completely.

I agree that there is very little stand out talent on the show this year. Of the guys there are maybe 3 or 4 - Mike, Tim, Dwynzy.

The girls - Crystal is a stand out for me and has a great stage presence. The girl who did Think has a good voice and can hit some ridiculous notes on high - the truth is I dvred the show and watched it about an hour behind so I could ff and buddy I zipped through those girls in 45 minutes. I listened to maybe half their song and when I realized it was bad I zipped on.

Boys night Mike opened the show and was among the best. The girls, Crystal opened the show and was the best for me. I like her a lot and I feel she might be the one to beat.

But, there seems to be some no talent or people who don't know what songs are good for them.

I really don't understand the rationale of some of the contestants. Have they not seen the show before? You are trying to to get people to vote for you and you sing a generic karoke song, and you don't really do anything different. I think that we are all spoiled by Adam Lambert last year.

In all honesty...this week he deserved to stay over John, Jermaine and Toddrick...if next week we get rid of Toddrick and Tim....ok....but as long as we get rid of Toddrick...lol

I thought that Michelle should have stayed. Granted she did pick a horrible song to sing, but I liked her voice.

Just shows you how much power Votefortheworst.com has, they can't even get someone to the final 16.

Holy snooze fest. Once again, I didn't think that any of the girls were great. I think that after this season, if Simon Cowell leaves, I will be done with this show.

Alex Lambert is uncanny. First of all, Why oh why does he have a mullet? Secondly, he has a really good voice. But he has no fucking clue how to sing and use that voice properly. Ive never seen anything like it.

And my poor little nugget Andrew Garcia. What a mess. He's my favorite guy. He tried to please the judges with a pop song. But it was wrong. I love Xtina but the beauty of his Paula cover was it was so unexpected. Who would have have thought to do an acoustic cover of a 90s dance/pop song like that? If I was him I would have reworked Taylor Dayne "tell it to my Heart" or something in that vein.

I actually like the guys over the women. Kinda liked Alex Lambert song. I agree that he still needs to get a little better. And I agree with Kara, he has gotten better with each week.

Is it just me or no, but I didn't really think that Michael Lynche was that great. I def. wouldn't say the best of the whole season like some of the judges did.

I hope Todrick and Tim Urban go home tonight. As much as I like pretty boy eye candy, enough is enough.

I thought Michael was boring....it was a good vocal...but I was bored...I tuned out like half way through and then heard all this praise and Kara crying and I had to go back on my DVR to see what the hell was happening...haha

I think I would actually like to see Toddrick and Aaron to go home....I think Aaron has a good voice but he is not doing anything with it...I feel like he can't choose between a poppy voice and a country voice and he gets lost in his songs.

I was completely surprised by the guys. Disappointed in Lee, but thought Alex and Tim came through with flying colors. I love Halleleujah and thought tim did a great job with it.

Michael Lynche, for me, blew the house down as Crystal Bowersox did with the girls. They are my top 2 right now and I think both have great stage presence and would appeal to a large audience.

I like eye candy as well as the next guy but not one of the guys turns my 'up' monitor on. Alex and Tim might if they got a hair cut or a different hair style.

Yea I was not impressed with Michael's "this woman's work". I need that song totally in falsetto. And Randy "the historian" acted like it was Maxwell's song. It is definitely not, even though he made it quite popular in the States.

Aaron should have went weeks ago. Honestly I dont know how they put him in the top 24. He looks like some high school Freshmen that wandered onto stage. They always put these young kids and then bitch about them being too young.

And people praising Alex and Tim's performances please consider what you would think if an ugly or fat guy gave those same vocal performances.
