So totally beyond his capacity to pay that it should result in every penny he does have being stripped from him.

Oh, dear. Thoughts and prayers for CPAC!
Honestly, I've been surprised that no other men have come forward to talk about a drunken Schlapp making a pass at them.

Matt Schlapp, the influential chairman of the American Conservative Union, is facing additional allegations of sexual assault that apparently took place before the incident that launched a more than $9 million sexual misconduct lawsuit against him last year...
According to new reporting, based on court documents obtained by The Washington Post, Schlapp was also accused of sexual misconduct twice before – first in 2017 and then in early 2022. The updated court filing alleges the incidents were reported to staffers of the American Conservative Union...
In early January 2000, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas was at a five-star beach resort in Sea Island, Georgia, hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt.
After almost a decade on the court, Thomas had grown frustrated with his financial situation, according to friends. He had recently started raising his young grandnephew, and Thomas’ wife was soliciting advice on how to handle the new expenses. The month before, the justice had borrowed $267,000 from a friend to buy a high-end RV...
At the time, Thomas’ salary was $173,600, equivalent to over $300,000 today. But he was one of the least wealthy members of the court, and on multiple occasions in that period, he pushed for ways to make more money. In other private conversations, Thomas repeatedly talked about removing a ban on justices giving paid speeches.
Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani petitioned for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Thursday, just one day after a federal judge allowed two election workers he defamed to attempt to immediately enforce a $146 million judgment...
Former Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss can immediately seek enforcement of their $146 million financial judgment against Rudy Giuliani because there is good reason to assume he will not comply, a federal judge ruled Wednesday.
“Giuliani’s failure to ‘satisfy even more modest monetary awards entered earlier in this case,’ provides good cause to believe that he will seek to dissipate or conceal his assets during the 30-day period,” U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell wrote in her order.
You forgot one class of creditor: taxing authorities....Rudy files for bankruptcy. Before anyone gets mad, that will not shield him from punitive damages imposed by the court. Shaye and Ruby still have their hooks in him, all this does is postpone the immediate seizure of his property - but that is coming. He's still being sued by his lawyers, who won't get paid, but then there is Dominion and Smartmatic, the staffer he groped, some guy at Dominion, Shaye, and Ruby again, Hunter Biden, and anyone else caught up in his lies. No judgment for any of that can be discharged by bankruptcy either.
Rudy is going to pay for the lies he told for Toad, and typically, Toad could give a fuck. He won't give Rudy a penny.
