I don't understand what you're looking for here, Nomenclature.... It's been said already, but I have to throw in my opinon now that it's happened to me.... every time someone throws out their two cents, which none of the advice has been bad, you reply with some "It won't work because blah blah blah crap crap crap"
Are you looking for people to tell you that having an Ectomorph Metabolism sucks? I'm sure there are times when it does. If that's the reality for your body, you need to just accept it.
Are you looking for free health care? No one has said that they are doctors or certified dieticians or nutritionists. If you're looking for a medical explanation or possible solution, go see your doctor.
You may just need to look in the mirror and realize that you don't have the framework and genetic makeup to put on 75lbs of muscle in 4 months. When I first started working out hardcore, like I talked about in my first post, my hope was to put on 25lbs of muscle. I quickly realized, accepted, and appreciated the fact that I wasn't going to, and not for lack of effort. My body just wasn't the kind of body that would do that. Rather, I focused and concentrated on what I could do, and it's worked out phenominally.
Hopefully, you'll realize sooner rather than later that you should appreciate what you've got, even through it's flaws, and that when people are trying to help, you should be grateful..... because if you're not getting the responses that you want from multiple people, the problem is in how you phrased your question.
