Climate Science biting liberals in the ass again.

No, immigrants historically vote democrat, responding to its anti American, socialist pandering of ever increasing taxes on Americans to provide freebies to immigrants.

OK, now I'm confused.

You began this train of discussion by asserting that the (and I quote):

least educated, least successful of our society: the "poor", the immigrants, the welfare class, the unemployable, the criminal class

don't vote for your party. Now, most of these are coy codewords for darkies and wetbacks, although it's worth noting that the US Dept. of Commerce statistics (which I checked just moments ago) have the percentages of welfare recipients who are black and those who are white as roughly comparable, and it's probably even more worthwhile to note that Mark Twain long ago noted that America has only one criminal class, and that is Congress.

I'm unsure where that claim leaves people like Michele Bachmann who attack the public teat with the zeal and ferocity of a piglet at dug. Be that as it may, now you segue into claiming that it's not just the ignorant and uneducated who don't vote for your party, but that intelligent and educated people don't either. Well! as Mr Benny used to say.

Who else can be eliminated? Most probably the Jews, as James Baker famously noted. And I suppose as time wanders on, more and more groups will be added to the list of those who don't vote for your party ... to the extent that one is left wondering just who the fuck is left to vote for you. Astrologers, professional composers of oom-pah-pah polka music, old white people, and those confined to lunatic asylums?

You are indeed confused.

He's not confused at all. You do indeed consign all stupid and uneducated people sucking off the government as Democrats-in-the-bag, and then here in this very thread you did the same thing with the intelligent and the educated.

I mean, *we* know that the only demographic stupid, sheltered and self-absorbed enough to buy into GOP policies are embittered, selfish, affluent whites who are largely aging out of the population. We're just surprised YOU know it.

"you did the same thing with the intelligent and the educated." ??No, I did not.

Oh come now, Ben would never do anything at all with the intelligent and educated.

The Republican War on Science
How the GOP undermines science in the name of politics

Disdain for science and scientific expertise has been a hallmark of the Bush White House. Tampering with reports on climate change, suppressing science within the U.S. Department of Fish & Wildlife, radically misrepresenting the research potential of existing stem cell lines—these are just a few cases where the administration* has distorted scientific research to appease political and business interests.

I don't think so. I pointed out that a greater percentage of immigrants have a college education than your average American. You responded that they don't vote for your party.

I don't know what it's like in your peculiar little corner of the world, but when I hear that someone has a college degree, or multiple degrees, I kind of tend to presume that they are educated and have some intelligence ... at least until facts prove otherwise. You disagreed, and noted that those educated and intelligent people don't vote for your party.

If the objection is to language, I don't think a party which speaks in code-words and coded terms can legitimately object if someone points out the actually meaning of those codes.

States Rights = the Federal government will stand out of the way, and allow states to get the ni**ers

Law & Order = get the ni**ers

Welfare Reform = get the ni**ers

War on Drugs = get the ni**ers

Voter ID = get the ni**ers

Illegal immigration = get the wet-backs ... and who knows, there may be some ni**ers trying to sneak in, too

Those who have sold their souls to the devil should be prepared to have others point out the nature of the 'bargain', and to point out the peril in which they have placed their souls.

There is no purpose in discussing with you since you fantacize a secret meaning to every word. I am putting you on ignore. Bye, bye

Gosh.

I guess that's the point of climate denial. People who don't want to hear want they disagree with eventually turn off when the rest of society disagrees with them.

I guess that's obtuse ignorance in action.

I find most of JUBBERs to be an intelligent lot. Soon Ben will have no one to talk to because he'll have everyone on ignore. It must be sad to be alone and ignorant.

Those are the meanings of those terms, when used by certain politicians. Those are the meanings they know their hearers will understand them to mean.

It's relatively easy to make the connexions. They don't go to much trouble to keep them at all hidden. When onerous restrictions on voting are enacted, followed up by making it even more difficult for Blacks to meet those restrictions, it's easy to see who's being targeted. When laws are enacted which specifically target things done by blacks for harsher punishment than things done by whites, with lengthier prison terms for lesser amounts of drugs, it's fairly easy to see the point or purpose of the legislation.

Perhaps Ben would care to explain the meaning of all those signs and bumper-stickers which popped up ahead of the 2012 presidential election, exhorting people Don't Renig? Those signs weren't being put up by Democrats. The meaning seems clear, although it is probably certain that Ben would deny it.

Ben can live in denial all he wants, but it doesn't change the fact of what his party is doing and saying. So Ben sweeps up his collection of butt-plugs and tosses them in his purse, and stomps off on home while wearing a leopard-print peekaboo see-though nightie, simply because he's unwilling to face the truth. Those who bargain with the Devil should be prepared for the time when the Devil claims his due.

It is clear that population growth is a big factor in the human activity involved.

Corporations don't want it addressed, therefore it doesn't get addressed. Our entire present economic model depends on more and more and more people.

No one seems to be addressing that concern.

Bullshit.

Though I will concede that people aren't addressing it in the places it needs to be addressed, i.e. India and Africa primarily.

OooWhy

Lopk again. I refered to our economy after the war, when our manufacturing dominated the world.
Please tell me why democrats want American wotkers to compete against workers FROM China and India.

American workers are going to compete against workers from China and India regardless of where those workers from the latter pair live. It's because we're on the same globe.

Now, why did American manufacturing dominate the world? The reason is in your first clause: war. Nobody else HAD any manufacturing to speak of!

Hey! Maybe that's why the GOP loves starting overseas wars -- they're hoping to trigger a world war and destroy everyone else's manufacturing so the US can dominate again!

How about sending CEOs and major stockholders of companies that hire said 'illegals' to prison? How about a few 25 Billion dollar fines? Nope, won't happen. The Repukes are sucking to much Koch.

How about billing companies for the government benefits their workers require to survive?

Only by moving can the companies avoid the unnecessary burdens imposed by the democrats and sell at a competitive level.

Unnecessary burdens, according to the GOP:

environmental protection
worker safety
transportation safety

How about the government turn all highways into toll roads and charge by weight on a geometric scale?

Man made carbon emissions is a very likely factor in the rise in global temperatures.
http://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/2015-whats-warming-the-world/

That's exactly the sort of data I ran into at OSU which convinced me it is man's fault. Though there's actually one element missing; deforestation contributes to warming because it reduces the amount of CO2 taken back up into biomass. Ice cores and other data show that effect clearly from the Age of exploration, when Europe turned most of its forests into ships.
