You might want to read the autopsy report that the Republican National Committee did on the 2012 election. Most Latinos (who are increasing in numbers) identify as Catholic or Evangelical. Even the RNC noted (and I have seen) that they do not believe in taxing and giving freebies. Your ignorance is amazing; most Latinos come to this country to achieve the American Dream which includes hard work, starting businesses, and sacrifice in order to achieve that dream. People like Donald Trump or, apparently you, wouldn't have a clue to how hard they work on a daily basis in order to see their families achieve success.
The RNC recognized (and even Georgie garnered a strong showing) that the Latino population could just as easily be Republican as Democrat. However, the Clown Car with its demands for self deportation and repeal of the 14th Amendment may just cement the Latino block firmly into the Democrat column for generations.
As for voter identification: it has been exposed over and over that there is no "voter fraud" except by Republicans trying to deny minorities the right to vote. I thought we had settled this with the 1964 Civil Rights Act but Republicans like a good civil war in order to stir up the base and solve non-existent problems rather than the issues that we need to tackle. If they were sincere in their efforts, they'd fund and create a national voting data base system that would preclude the ability to cast ballots in multiple locations (for instance snow birds who migrate from the north to the south and back). Of course, most of those are older, white folks who vote Republican so can't be any fraud there.
