Sounds kinda crap! If it's another one that the Doctor barely appears in I might end up switching it off like Love and Monsters.

Episode 10

Title: Blink

Things I learned from tonight's episode: That some statues are really an old assassin race from the dawn of time. Don't blink. Don't even blink. Blink and your dead! They are fast. Very Fast! Don't turn your back, Don't look away. And don't blink. Good luck!

WOW....I thought last week's episode was good! This one blows it out of the water! I good old fashion Horror themed Doctor Who episode!! I loved it. Hopefully I can talk more about it when you guys post your thoughts! I loved it. I hope everybody else enjoyed it too!
 
OMG i agree. this week's episode freaked me the hell out. i mean i was holding my breath in a few places and i startled a few times also. MAN. it was a really good episode for not having...um a lot of you know who in it. ;)

but..i was thinking. in that old house...1) why was there electricity for the light) and 2) when the power goes off wont they all be free?

oh god I'll never look at statues in the same light again!! especially weeping angel statues!!

Yeah I jumped at a few scenes myself I think you know which ones too...they all took part in the house near the end!! ;)

1) electricity in the house...shhhhhhh it's called a tv show...were suppose to pretend that nobody got around from ConEd to disconnect the hydro! :) or the creatures needed hydro and re hooked it up...your choice! :)

2) nah...the tardis before it left made sure it set up a force shield of light an ever lasting force shield of light to trap the monster forever! ;) at least that's my theory! lol

lol yep! that's when i was holding my breath and jumping lol. i read over on the spy forums that a lot of folks had kids behind the soffa for this one. lol my soffa is up against the wall...maybe i should move it out, i might be safer? :p

yeah ok on 1 i'll stop thinking about it. i didn't realize it until later though. 2 i thought of right away and thought oh god they will get lose again as soon as that bloody light goes off. i still think they will...but you would be right i think in theory, it wouldn't be like the doctor to leave a threat on the loose.

Well when those scenes played for me....I jumped so high that I almost lost the couch!! :D

Wow what a great episode! Put alas bring on Utopia!! IT will be good to have the Captain back!
 
Blink was excellent shame the doctor wasn't in it but i thought the plot was clever, especially how they defeat the angels. next week looks good, can't wait for sound of drums though!

well i just got a PM from a UK jubber. ;) he loved the episode. he wouldn't tell me anything though! lol i didn't want him to though. i need to wait for myself. it's 12:58 here in CA. it'll be a another couple hours before i see anything on torrents. or at least the ones i use.

some of those future folks look a bit like "chip" did in New Earth with the tatoos.
 
well shit fire! i shouldn't have watched the "regeneration" clip on the BBC site. UG!!! i was exploring the new stuff there and resistance was futile so i looked. if you don't want spoilers DON'T click that.
 
I thought Utopia was Alright, not that good but not that bad either, kinda worked out that the professor was the master though, still can't wait for next weeks episode though, Hope there will be more multi part episodes in the future, it makes it more exciting, thanks Mikn_n_herrin for the welcome!

Not too long really only started watching the new series, didnt watch the old series cept for the 1990's sidestories, So in answer to ur question i like David tennat as the doctor 'cause he has the mad scientist sort of feel to him, favourite villain of the new series would be Ashton (from 42).

just watched it. it really speed up.

I'm putting this in spoilers in case anyone hasn't seen it yet.
i'm still kinda zinging from it. i'm a little surprised the doctor knew who he was though. although he's known other time lords when he's seen them in new bodies without being told who they were (the Rani for one). he has been wrong on the master a few times, and didn't know the meddling munk at first i don't think. thinking they were someone perfectly harmless. lol

oh. the ending was brilliant. kinda surprised our first view of another timelord regenerating was the same way the doctor did it the last time. maybe that's the why it's supposed to happen.

the end of the series is coming up so fast, but it's been good the last couple episodes. the next two have to be good to. honestly though i'll agree with willmarshallissexy it wasn't a great episode story wise, but the fact that the master was revealed at the end made it good!
 
OMG the episode has to come a very close second to Parting of the ways I just cannot wait to own this on DVD.
