The 4th quarter was a one off. It wasn't really because of the fiscal cliff, but rather a draw down in government spending and business inventories.

You're only looking at what you want to look at -- more people have been leaving the job market than those that have found jobs.

It's only a decrease if you use Republican Math, the only math that can turn a 332 - 206 win for Obama into a 483 - 55 landslide for Romney. In Actual, Reality-based Math, a .03% increase is a .03% increase.
