How do you deal with it? By letting it go.

What you're doing is comparable to trying to swim while having a 200 pound anchor strapped to your back. Eventually you're going to tire, and the anchor will push you under. If that's what you want, then do it. Stop fighting against the weight and let it push you under the waves. If that's not what you want, and you'd like your life back from those that control it at present, then you'd better explore the alternatives to what you're currently doing, because you're not being successful.

You forgive him/them, not for himself/themselves, but for you. You stop consenting to be a continual victim, and you let go of your continuing anger. For one thing, by doing what you're doing, you are letting anyone who may have harmed you in the past win. They remain in control of your life, your actions, your reactions, and your emotions. The only person your anger is harming is you.

If you aren't able to do this on your own, professional help, as has been suggested by numerous people up-thread, is the way to go.

One final point: your whole 'persona' seems strikingly similar to one or two others who have wandered through here as of late.

They aren't childish and the help needed is legitimate. You may have a problem with it for whatever reason ....perhaps you're a little emphathy less ....or who knows what else

The time of incident isn't a talking point. Pain is pain and lasts forever if not probably dealt with. That is why i've gone to certain lengths to seek the help i need. (ie- go online and talk about my problems such as i've done here).

And as for my age:

You are seemingly of the same nature of the creep who did that to me...completely disassociated with reality and only wanting to back himself up no matter what he's done. The age isn't the focus. The betrayl, backstabbing, leaking of information with the intent to ruin is. That is the mind of an antagonist and villian...not someone who was given the "go ahead" by staff at the school whose merit was 5 stars and praised by many.

As for me allegedly posting the same topic in many different ways to get answers...i don't know what it is you mean by that but in a free forum in a free world i can post whatever i please as long as it isn't menacing and the like.

On the contrary the feeling of not allowing someone to stomp all over you by defending yourself effectively and causing them harm can be the most fullfilling and mind easing, releasing thing in the world.

Honestly im not trying to sound rude by any means! But just move on! Yeah it was a dick move by your buddy....but how exactly is getting back at him going to change anything that happened? ITS NOT!! seriously don't try and give me the eye for an eye speech its a bunch of BS dont waste your energy on someone for revenge cause honestly it doesnt work or make you feel better.
