New Hampshire House Judiciary Committee approves gay marriage repeal bill:

On the bright side the vote was 11-6, with 2 Republicans voting against repeal. It didn't achieve a veto proof majority in committee so that's a great sign. The number of Republicans opposed to repeal is now at 29.

Passing it in 2012 is an awful, disastrous move. This will only serve to let the bigots overturn it mere months later. We needed a longer period of time between passage and a ballot measure. A mere few months allows them to create hysteria and spread lies without giving our side enough time to properly rebut their messages.

You may be right, but it still will give our side momentum if another state passes it. A loss can be a victory in a sense From what I hear in Maryland our side is being more active already. I LOVE the new ad our side has run with Mo'nique. I feel like they're really reaching out to the African American community which is very smart:
