I was raised an atheist, and so I have no religion, although I've read lots about many of them. If I was asked to state my philosophical position, I'd say that I was a rational humanist.

Hi MenRsexii,

I don't have a religion and I don't have problems with people who have a religion, be it christians, muslims, pastafarians, buddists, hindu people or whatever religion they have.

However, I do have serious problems with religious people who are not honest towards me, in respect towards their real opinion towards me. These problems often arise with certain groups of christians, and the problem became obvious to me during a visit to Ghana.

I mean, alot of christians feel themself superior towards a non-believer like me (given that all other circumstances are identical), but they refuse to tell this to me. This superior feeling of them towards me can be apparent in the 'real life', but also in, eg, the chance to end in Hell (or Heaven).

So I have no problem at all with such christians who are honest to me in regard to this topic (eg quite a few christians in Ghana), but I do have problems with those christians who try to avoid (and often by all means) to give me an honest answer on this question.

As a side note, I have visited various countries with a predominantly muslim population, and also countries with other religions, but I restrict myself over here to the viewpoint of a particular group of people who I call christians. I assume that you will be aware that christians don't agree with each other about the definition which of them are christians or not.
