plenty of women have been pregnant on TV without it changing the story line/forcing them off the show- big sweaters, always standing behind a piano, etc- can't be many episodes left....
True, but Brittany only wears one uniform. Heather's pregnancy seems to be the reason for Brittany's early graduation, in her last scene from a few episodes ago, the show did a poor job of hiding her already protruding belly. When shooting resumes for next season she'll be well into her pregnancy, there's only so many jackets she can wear and explaining why she is not dancing will be problematic. Especially with these writers, they're already playing the angle of Brittany being a genius.
RE: "Wonder-ful"
I have to say... I didn't
completely hate this one as much as I thought, but there were some major WTF moments. What I did like about this tribute was that it didn't really feel like one. Aside from Will's introduction, there was no OTT ass kissing of Stevie Wonder from the students like he was their idol, grew up listening to his music, etc., and the musical numbers felt more organically placed within. "Signed, Sealed, Delivered" is my favorite Stevie song and I liked Kitty's version, though I enjoy Kurt singing in his lower register he got the dullest song of them all, Mercedes and Artie killed their solos/parts per usual. Blaine and Marley combined will never = The New Rachel. Which leads me to my random WTF moments.
Listening to Mercedes prop up Marley as some great vocal talent before "Superstitious" was funny, but she was a much better vocal coach then Will ever was. Why did Blaine randomly join in singing? Then listening to Jake being propped up was laughable too, Will (should) already knows about how much of a talent he is. He did go after him to join glee at the beginning of the season. But, uh, Mike >>> Jake in that dance number.
Mercedes' album being shelved because she refuses to be sexy was just an inane plot. This isn't the year 1999, not all mainstream pop singers have to fit a certain mold in order to be successful. Adele is a prime example that should have been brought up to counter this.
Being that Tina is now the town gossiper and BFF's with Blaine, wouldn't she have been one of the first to know why Kurt was in town? I like how the writers poke fun at themselves but never fix the problem (#GleeHatesGirls).
Last week Kitty was interested in Ryder, but since the writers remembered during "Guilty Pleasure" week Artie expressed interest in Kitty this would be a good time to bring that up again. Ok. Katey Sagal was criminally underused and not even necessary.
I thought "Uptight" was a dream sequence... because it should have been. A very lame conclusion for Rachel and I don't care at all what happens for her next week.
I hope we're not suppose to think Blaine's [STRIKE]obsession[/STRIKE] love for Kurt is cute & romantic, because it's boarding on psychotic. Kurt is preoccupied thinking about his Dad's health, Blaine thinks it's a good idea to tell him he's "dirty cute" and proceeds to eye-fuck him once they sit down. If there is one continuity the writers have gotten correct this season it's Blaine's emotional neediness and total disregard of what Kurt wants. It's strange that even his talk with Burt didn't knock sense into him. (Once again I like how Kurt is treated like the "girl" with Blaine asking for his hand in marriage.) We already know he goes ring shopping and in the promo asks Sam to be his best man, all before he's even reconciled romantically with Kurt. I can't wait for the
will he or won't he cliffhanger.
@
maxpowr9 I'm with you on everything you said, especially on Santana. But who is Adam... or did you mean Bruce?
