Wow angry lol. Conan is NBC, LOST is ABC. NBC has a failing primetime lineup, ABC is doing quite well. Lost is certainly not a poor excuse for a show, but I'm certainly not going to bother trying to change a subjective opinion...

So LA X was both LA and X (which is the unknown, which is lost on the island again).
When the cast said this season would be another change in dimension, I didn't imagine that they literally meant it.
We've done flashbacks, flash forwards. We've had shows with both. So I guess this was the only remaining quirky direction to take, with two alternate realities.
Overall, great fun episode. More questions than answers; the official indication that Lost is back.

Wow, my brain is still doing backflips! That was a great premiere!
And I agree with some of you, my guess is that the bomb somehow forced 2 parallel realities into existence -- one with everyone still stuck on the island in present time, and one where the plane safely landed. I think Juliette pretty much confirmed it, but you can never be too sure with this show.
And I was wondering whatever happened to Cindy the flight attendant. I don't know if I was hearing it correctly, but are the guys at the temple part of the Others?
I still can't believe the real John Locke is really dead. So weird!

Wow I have no idea what is going on, just when I thought it would be straight forward they throw in this new twist. I'm assuming when Juliet hot the bomb and it exploded, it created and alternate universe/dimension where they did not crash. I love this show.

God I had forgotten so much before watching last night show. I had to watch that hour long recap before the show to remind myself.
It was good, still hasn't really answered any questions...except I guess who the smoke monster is.

Kate and the gang referred to the Temple group as "the others" because they have no frame of reference for either other groups on the island,....or EVEN the fact that they are back in their "correct" time. They do not realize where they are yet in the timeline.
I am really disappointed in the fact that the producers wasted all these years ignoring their best couple....Bernard and Rose.....who could have been SO much more on the show/storyline than they have been. Wouldn't it be interesting for us to find out now (in the "Parallel X" world) that Bernard and Rose secretly remember EVERYthing! They were much further away from the blast, and this would be a good way for the producers to bring them back into the storyline. They realize what is happening, but have decided (like on the island) to "stay out of it". Remember....Rose in P-X is dying now of cancer, and it would be great of the producers to follow thru on their story, right up to her (inevitable now) death.
NOW we---after five seasons----see what REALLY happened with the children. The OTHERS did not take them.....the Temple people did.
So....the island---in P-X---was destroyed by the bomb, and sank. Therefore......we should NOT see a off island Ben in P-X time. The child Ben died on the Island. NOr should we see Mrs Hawkins or Faraday. Faraday was never born if his mother died on the sinking island (shortly after shooting and killing Future Faraday). Of course the producers could say that "the island sunk slowly".......lol.

Ok se here are my thoughts about LA X
1) I didnt get why they brought Juliet back for a few seconds... just so she could say "It worked" ? But what worked ? how did she know ?
2) The first scene in the plane with cindy and rose was pretty smart and funny. Bu my biggest question is : whats up with Jack's bleeding sore ??? what was that ?
3) Another weird thing. Desmond. Was he really there ? Rose didnt see him... weird stuff
4) Underwater scene : TOTALLY COOL: The barracks, the dharma shark and the statue + from what we saw underwater it really seems like the "bomb" created 2 realities
5) Shannon not there ? Ana lucia ? Libby ? Echo ?
6) Charlie ? so in the 1st episode we get to see him going to the bathroom, but in this reality it seems like he was in the tail section's bathroom...
7) Christian's body missing... Well thats not really surprising and it kinda answer one question : "WHY WAS HIS COFFIN EMPTY ON THE ISLAND ?" seems like jack is gonna loose his father one way or another
8 ) Kate uses the pen she pickpockted to jack, which was in the other reality problly used to save the guy after the crash...
9) Claire + KATe : TERRIFIC
10) Why Kate's up in the tree when she wakes up ?
11) The temple : Cool , tha water was supposed to be clear... so I guess that now that jacob's dead everything's different. Could sayid be Jacob's reincarnation ?
12) Jacob's nemesis wants to go home ?? where ? could it be the temple ? Moreover, he says he's disappointed "with all of you" so, was he their leader ? IMO they were all slaves under Jacob's nemesis ("nice to see you out of those chains") and jacob saved em all.

especially seeing how jack and locke seem to be the ones now, that will be friends with each other soon. And I'm excited to see how Kate's escape, with pregnant claire aboard, will turn out!
I still love lost, but I don't really guess anymore.. like what will be the solution to things. It's too much, too much timeline changes happening. I rather just wait and see.
One thing, why was Hurley being so positive about his luck? I mean, it's the same Hurley like in the first episodes, someone hunted by bad luck. Or has the past already changed some things, so present Hurley is one lucky motherfucker. ? But why, if the past has changed, would they still all be on that flight?
