Barr made his choice to show the American people who he works for and it's Trump.
I'm afraid I saw only the first half hour of the hearing, but Mueller did make it very clear that his report did not find the president innocent of obstruction of justice.
If there is a real enemy of the people, it is the GOP members of the House and Senate... other than a very rare pointed interest taken by Rep William Hurd of Texas(who yet still can't go all out and hold Trump to account here) there was NOTHING but pushback, lies and utter disrespect towards Robert Mueller by the Republican "questioners". We know where they stand. And it's not with us.
Now it's even more clear that President Trump is a crook who makes Richard Nixon look like Mother Teresa. President Nixon did have good qualities. I can think of no good qualities in our current President. I do not understand why so many people are deceived, but then again, consider the Nazis.
“Now, before we go to questions, I want to add a correction to my testimony this morning," Mueller said Wednesday afternoon. “I want to go back to one thing that was said this morning by Mr. Lieu who said, and I quote, ‘You didn't charge the president because of the OLC opinion.’”
Mueller, who had agreed with Rep. Ted Lieu in the first hearing, said he now disagreed with that framing.
“That is not the correct way to say it,” Mueller said. “As we say in the report and as I said at the opening, we did not reach a determination as to whether the president committed a crime.”

A lot of people had given up watching befuddled old Mueller and had gone to lunch when he walked back his previous statement, essentially admitting the whole report was a nothing burger...
"“Now, before we go to questions, I want to add a correction to my testimony this morning," Mueller said Wednesday afternoon. “I want to go back to one thing that was said this morning by Mr. Lieu who said, and I quote, ‘You didn't charge the president because of the OLC opinion.’”
Mueller, who had agreed with Rep. Ted Lieu in the first hearing, said he now disagreed with that framing.

[Mueller] was quick enough to point out he believes (and he would know) that the president may be charged after leaving office even tho he cannot be charged while in it. He had little-to-no reason to make that statement, hanging out there on the tail-end of another questioning, all lonesome-like.
-Well, might be misremembering. I thought he pointed that out on the tail-end of another question but when I look online the clip involved the specific question being asked. Anyone know if that bit of information said more than once?
BUCK:
OK but let me just stop, you made the decision on the Russian interference, you couldn't have indicted the president on that and you made the decision on that. But when it came to obstruction, you threw a bunch of stuff up against the wall to see what would stick, and that is fundamentally unfair.
MUELLER:
I would not agree to -- I would not agree to that characterization at all. What we did is provide to the attorney general in the form of a confidential memorandum our understanding of the case. Those cases that were brought, those cases that were declined and the -- that one case where the president cannot be charged with a crime.
BUCK:
OK, but the -- could you charge the president with a crime after he left office?
MUELLER:
Yes.
BUCK:
You believe that he committed -- you could charge the president of the United States with obstruction of justice after he left office.
MUELLER:
Yes.
BUCK:
Ethically, under the ethical standards.
MUELLER:
Well I am -- I'm not certain because I haven't looked at the ethical standards, but the OLC opinion says that the prosecutor while he cannot bring a charge against a sitting president, nonetheless he continue the investigation to see if there are any other person to might be drawn into the conspiracy.
NADLER:
Time of the gentleman has expired. The gentleman from Rhode Island.

Peddle backwards all you want.
He said they didn't clear Trump and that he could be indicted after leaving office.
The words of the report are clear.
