I am have read a few of these, and I see that it is kind of ugly. So, as has been said before, here are my two cents.
If you have an aversion to handling pork (or anything else for that matter), that's fine. You don't even need to justify it to the rest of us.
This woman should have been aware of the possibility of handling it. She should have requested a job in which there was no chance of her running into it.
It is her right to not touch pork. But by being in a position where she was going to have to, she inconveinences herself, her customers, and her co-workers.
