Here are several tips for all of you:
1. Instead of going out to buy salads consider making your own.
You could get it cheaper and more veggies. Make 5 servings instead of one! Spice it up, don't always make the same one.
LOL.
Choose your dressing, and get the one with less calories...better yet, go online and get recipe to make your own.
Add white-breat chicken into your salad.
For myself, personally I like to eat the veggies first..then I eat the chicken later. Why? sometimes when I'm full from all the vegetables..I save the chicken for another day/time.
2. If salads is not your thing or you wan't to feel fuller, then eat oatmeal!
Make your own oatmeal. Don't get the instant one, but go for old fashion whole grain one or the steel-cut oats.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder on top, add a little low-fat milk, and then top it off with fruits!
You'll feel full fast and it helps great with digestions!
3. Cut the carbs, cut the fat, cut the rice and bread. Kill the sodas! Drink water, water only!
If you're bored with water, please make tea. One bag of lipton can brew a whole pitcher of tea. Warm tea can ease your hunger and is an anti-oxidant which help your health.
Last tip: If you MUST eat something...then go on ahead. If you can be determine and persistent to NOT eat it, then wonderful.
But...
if you're one of those people that crave for something special, why suffer yourself. You'll just end up eating that anyway (don't lie! hehe)...and we've all done that!

Then in the end we'll feel so ashamed with guilt, but will eat it again because our craving is not finished.
That is why, whatever you crave you eat, infact, over eat! Don't limit yourself to have only one and ends up drooling over it. Have as much as possible to kill the craving, to the point where you're so disgusted with that food and you'll swear to never eat it again.
That is how I give up certain craving. I use to love icecream. After eating like a gallon of it, I got sick of it so fast and swore I'll never eat it again. Now whenever I see icecream, I still remember how sick of it I've got.
Trust me, whatever you crave and must have..go ahead and have it. When you eat wayy too much of it, you'll be scared of it for the rest of your life.
