I agree. There's plenty of reasons to criticize Israel and all too often any criticism of Israel is deemed unacceptable. You're an anti-semite or a Nazi sympathizer. I'm really sick of this. What it means is that some people actually aren't Islamophobes and don't like to see innocent people treated like crap. What Israel is doing is disgusting and it has nothing to do with them being Jewish, it has to do with them being just as bad as those they claim to be fighting against.

Israel is not doing anything bad to anyone in the area. In Israel Arabs and Jews coexist and flourish and Israel many Arabs would rather live there then in a Muslim country. Also I hate Islam as well and a religion that is homophobic does not have a right to claim a special phobia to itself. It like Christianity and Judaism are stains that need to be wiped off of the planet. Gays who support Islam are fools. Islam hates them and wants to either stone them and throw them of large buildings. Israel is not the problem it is Palestine and other Muslim countries.

Again, criticism of the foreign policy and colonial practices of the State of Israel does not imply support for the religion of Islam or for Islamism as a political movement.

I for one abhor the foreign policy of Israel not because I like Islamism, but because I believe Israel drives its neighbours to embrace Islamism for want of a civil society. A newly-founded Palestinian state would absorb a lot of time, attention, and national effort that currently can only be channelled into the outlets of protest, intifada, and religious lunacy. Israel can make security demands of a separate country in ways it cannot of the authorities in territory under its occupation. Nobody has to cooperate or acknowledge the demands of an occupier. One does have to deal with a neighbour however. And the truth is Israel needs that cooperation. Or at least that delineation between states. Israel too gains rights when it retreats from Palestine. Israel shoots itself in the foot. Which might be it's prerogative. But it also shoots Palestinians in both feet. And that clearly is not kosher.

Furthermore the Islamic supporter comment was addressed to a certain individual who tried to defend Islam with the whole Islamophobia nonsense. While I think that people should be allowed to criticize anything many of the criticisms of Israel hold no water. The facts however are there is no apartheid in Israel. Different groups, religions and nationalities live there in peace and many Muslims and Arabs would much rather live there then any Muslim country. Israel is a rose in a region full of brambles.

Oh please like there is a chance anyone will wipe out the Abrahamic religions.
