At some point, the western rrrZZnz are going to start to be sent into the war as the Kremlin runs short of ethnic minorities and North Korean fodder for the front.

US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth to participate in Ramstein meeting online, according to Defense News

The meeting will take place on Friday in Brussels under the chairmanship of the UK and Germany.

There were earlier doubts about his participation....I have certainly been expecting the US to just step out of participating in the meetings since they are now basically openly supporting the Kremlin.

I also can't see Hegseth having any credibility whatsoever in these meetings after the mess he's made of things so far.

He probably shouldn't come into the meeting with the same arrogant attitude he displayed in previous interactions with the European partners.
 
The problem is that there are so many of them out there.

Obviously, they should seize the ship, seize the oil, put the proceeds toward ammuntiion for Ukraine...but too many of these shadow fleet ships seem to slip through becauase it is to the advantage of the EU that they do.

Zeleenskyy has sussed out a weakness in Trump's rhetoric. Trump has shed crocodile tears for all the dead in the war, yet is plainly believing propaganda over realitty.

If he refuses Zelenskyy's invitation to visit, then he will reveal duplicitty, as he cannot claim security, since Biden went and Pelosi. And he sure as hell cannot claim he has no time since he's spending so much time on the links.
 
That guy erroneously thinks Toad has some "loyalty" to anyone but himself. Putin goes under the bus the moment Toad believes that will benefit himself. His decision will be based on how he said he'd end the war personally and how he thinks he could promote himself by doing this. Putin's interests are entirely irrelevant.

Anyway, he might ignore it. It's not like anyone in the right-wing media will say anything he doesn't want them to say on this subject, or anyone else will stop rubbernecking for profit long enough to give this any traction.

I think Putoin may want to attack NATO, but I'm not sure he has the capability to take on Poland alone.

The US publicly floated recognizing Russian ownership of Crimea, which the Ukrainians will never recognize formally, nor should they.

Rubio announced today he would not attend the conference.

And Trump is still doing nothing about Russia continuing, so is true to his master.

Crimea is more apart of Russia historically than it is the Ukraine and if Zelensky was offered a deal where he had to give up that and nothing else he’d either sign it immediately or loose all his allies.

I doubt there is anyone living in the Ukraine who would die on that hill.
