Just caught up with Survivor nicaragua.

Good to be back !!!
ATM I really really like this season. It's off to a good start. I'm not too disappointed with the challenges for now.

The characters are very interesting, even tho they pretty much have something in common with the 300 contestants we've already seean throuought 20 seasons.

Fabio is dumb
Jimmy's annoying
Dan is cocky
Jane is naive
Jill is ugly
chase is clueless
Benry is invisible

But sill I like benry for the eye-candy, brenda coz she's agressive and jimmy coz he's fun. we'll see how it all plays out in the end.

Besides giving Russell Hantz and Rob Mariano a chance to redeem themselves and win Survivor again for a third and fourth time, respectively, the CBS reality competition has introduced a major twist that gives voted off contestants a chance to return to the game. Thus, redemption seems to be the likely theme for season 22, which could even be called Survivor: Redemption Island, though that’s an educated guess.

Ugh it's so obvious that redemption island is only there to give Rob or Russell a chance to re-enter the game if/when they are voted off.

It just sucks that this season seems so promising with everyone getting near equal screen time, but next season we will be back to Samoa/HvV with Rob and Russ being shoved down our throats.

She actually just released a clothing line to be sold on QVC that is supposed to be hugely popular right now. She is doing much better than Paris and Lindsay, who she was being compared to in the beginning of her rise to fame. I'm not saying she's perfect, but I think she is a much better role model than a lot of Hollywood women right now. The sex tape was years ago, and yes it was wrong that she used it to gain fame, but since then she has been a pretty spotless and upstanding citizen (by Hollywood's standards).

^^ Point taken, though "releasing a clothing line" is different from "desiging clothes." I'll give her credit for making good marketing decisions (which anyone can do with the right handlers), but I still don't see any real talent.

And comparing anyone to Paris Hilton isn't setting the standard very high. That's like me saying I have a better chance of winning a Nobel Prize when compared to a block of cheese.

So she deserves credit for putting her name on something that became popular? That's real hard work. Comparing her to Lindsay is ridiculous. Lindsay, despite her problems, is a legitimate actress. She built her own career and has been working since she was a kid. She actually has a talent.

Kim Kardashian is popular b/c she represents what is the worst thing about most kids today: unwarranted entitlement, self importance, and the idea of being famous simply for existing, not through hard work and/or sacrifice.

Naonka is ignorantly entertaining. She's like the New York (from Flavor of Love fame) of Survivor. That fight with Kelly B was nuts. But Kelly B thought she was gonna be slick and swipe the clue before Nay. Kelly is the one who smashed all the bananas. It was hilarious how right after Kelly tried to play the victim, Nay in her confessional said, "She's prolly telling the rest of the tribe she just pushed me for no reason." Pure comedy.

Nay is trying WAAAY too hard to be the 'biggest baddest bitch of Survivor.' At first I thought she was hilarious but she is coming off a bit over the top now and it's getting annoying.

It's going to be interesting to see Jimmy T and Marty now try to fight to be the head of the older tribe.

Unrelated and kind of random, I have a feeling Yve is going to make it VERY far in the game. I just feel like she will be able to slip her way through til at least the merge. But I also thought Kristen on BB was going to be able to slip through to the final four and we all saw how that played out...

I think you misunderstand me. Kelly doesnt play victim about her leg and I respect her too. But when her and Naonka were equally fighting for that clue, she did try to act like Naonka was this psycho that attacked her out of nowhere. But personally I'm indifferent to her. I did like how she switched her vote after Shannon went fucking nuts. I cant stand Alina though. She always has that smug puss on her face.

Altlover, I think Alina and Kelly One-Leg found the first clue together but they didn't actually find the idol. That's why Kelly was so anxious to get the second clue, but Naonka was faster.

People on Sucks have pointed out that Benry was in the scene on the beach with Brenda, Nay, Chase and Purple Kelly but they spliced in footage of Sash to make it look like he was there instead. Kind of interesting.

K, Jimmy Johnson was nowhere near as bad Coach and Russell in terms of dominating camera time, but I'm still glad he's gone. He was pretty dull and playing the "I'm not threat, please take me to the end" card only had so much shelf life.

Kind of mixed on Na'onka honestly. She's entertaining but she's creating all of these delusional one-sided rivalries in her head. Kelly B's prosthetic leg is not out to kick your ass, bitch, stop being so defensive! I will say that I liked how the editors set up in episode one that she liked POWER, and it's already being brought up again. Things like that are why I am loving this season even if I'm not wholly behind one castaway per se.

Yeah, Sash was hardly seen at all on this show other than that.

Maybe Nay is afraid that a one legged woman will kick her ass out, which is what I would love to see, cause I am hating on Nay furiously . She is like Brit from BB in that she was entertaining but her schtick has already gotten old.

I like Marty. I like Benry. I am not hating on Fabio.
