My brother made a similar gaff in November when here for a visit. His elder son had three kids with barely an income, then got hooked on drugs and continued to relapse until his wife left him, all the while, his parents chose to see his wife as unforgiving instead of just fed up with him not feeding his kids. He went on to move in with a girlfriend (who seems nice, btw), but not marry her.

Their younger son played around and failed out of college his Freshmen year. He wouldn't work for shit. Finally, he met a girl and had a baby out of wedlock, and then quit his job to move home after she rejected the baby.

BUT, with all that glaring failure staring him in the face as a parent, he chose to tell me about some lesbian gal in his church that he lectured about how she could choose not to be gay. Get the fuck out of my house!

And people wonder why I don't go back home for any holidays any more. Uff-da!

Coming to the realization that I may have to give up driving for the rest of my life. :cry: Meaning I'll be dependent on others to take me for what I've always done for myself. Hoping like mad that medications can control the seizures or if I'll have to bite the bullet and have brain surgery. :eek:

Connected my camera to my computer and opened the file with all the photographs I took yesterday. Then deleted them all from the camera.

Fatal error! I had asked the computer to "open" them not "save" them.

You are of the internet generation, so you should certainly know what this world is like. You have to filter through all that crap to get to the good stuff/people. You are an intense young man who feels things strongly. I think you come across as angry to other JUBbers, but my sense is that it it more frustration. We've all been disappointed by people.
I would suggest that you not take the internet and the dickheads so serious. Let them pass over you like water over a duck's head. Do you think you could adapt that mindset?

There are more important things that internet personalities, but you don't have to the opposite extreme by disappearing.
