I am so tired of doing proposals and promotional packages. With several projects stalled and a few likely shelved....and waiting for people to get serious about work after their winter holiday (usually happens the first week of March every year) we have decide to go fishing in new waters for clients.............it reminds me of 1994-1996 when I was starting my own company.

At that time, in the new age of Apple...we did massive merge-mail letters posted to over 1000 different potential clients. At that time I only had the experience of working for others...but this time we have 20 years of experience.

The hard thing for us though is the same I'm hearing from professionals everywhere who have smaller independent firms, whether it is in financials, law or other consulting fields.....it is becoming almost impossible in the new 'sharing' economy to find people who want to pay for any services now. Most people literally want to pay me, after 30 years of experience, less per hour than I was earning when I was 22 years old.

And with aggregation occurring throughout the corporate institutional and organizational world....the only firms that now meet the performance requirements for most proposals are aggregated, corporate firms as well.

For me and a number of others who have been working away in our fields for a few decades, this is the last kick at the economy before calling it quits and retiring. I don't mind actually making real money from the work because I have more than enough to live on...but it is the idleness and the loss of relevancy in a professional field that is the hardest to take. And I feel like Cassandra. I have been warning people of the outcome of consolidations, bundling of projects and diminishing respect for all white collar professionals in small companies for over a decade now...but this latest recession with the collapse of oil seems to finally be the swan song for so many people over the age of 55 this time around.

I'm tired of these bareback advocating idiots constantly mentioning popping pills thinking it's going to protect them against hiv while living dangerously. They act like hiv is the only disease out there that will fuck you up. Like I'm sick and tired of this constantly sex parade culture where dudes are so fixated on fucking like it's the only thing worth living while at the same being reckless and putting the greater community at risk.

And these guys run around thinking that other people should tolerate them. They think that all of us that oppose them are haters and ignorant. They think we should lower our standards and take them in where they feel they are relationship material and seriously believe that whoever that wants to be with them should tolerate them and their twisted fuckery. Sorry but no. Be an adult and stop being a fucking kid. Being an adult is taking responsibility for yourself through your actions, how you think, and how you live.

Having an ego, riding on your high horse, looking down on others for their imperfections than doing destructive shit and acting like it's cool makes you a hypocrite. You are no better and you need to take a seat and analyze yourself.


I understand if someone was bareback with their significant others where they both were neg and blah but a lot these guys advocating are sleeping around with strangers, don't know their status, partying and playing and all this scary shit.

Boyfriend and I were using the PS3 for a long time for our streaming services but lately Hulu has been loading real slow or not at all and we have been constantly knocked offline on the thing. So last night we bought a blu-ray player with apps on it. There is nothing wrong with the player but the Netflix app keeps getting an error, every other app has absolutely no problem. Upon a google search, this error has been occurring to people for years on multiple media platforms.

My boyfriend decides to call Netflix, I never want to do these things because I've been around the block when it comes to calling tech assistance and it is always the worse, had to do it Comcast enough and Verizon too. You get the same run around of resetting the router a billion times. I knew we were doomed with Netflix when the very first thing the lady suggested was turning off the blu ray player and the tv, then putting it back on. Yea, I have already tried that as well as resetting the internet setting on the player, as well as factory settings.

Ultimately they didn't have a solution for this error, which is not surprising and of course like total Comcast fashion the last thing she suggested was resetting the router. Which I didn't do because that isn't the problem.

I have to go through this ordeal today with our ISP.

The provider has been 'upgrading' in our area and we are now getting drop-out.

After unplugging and re-setting with no result, I will call them....they will blame it on our router....and then magically, after I unplug and re-set after they tell me to, it will all be magically fixed....even though they will insist that the problem is with our router.

Netflix here no longer works on my mobile. Every time I try streaming something it just logs me out. I've uninstalled the App multiple times only to get the same result.

They need to fix the issues if they want to keep customers. We already have a watered down version of the US Netflix so they don't want to push it.

Wasn't this guy talking about body image issues and complaining about being objectified for his body somewhere? He was trying to act like he could relate to others who have body image and self esteem issues. Yet hes promoting the same things that cause it. Funny how his words don't much his actions.

Personally, I have nothing against him or what he does. I just think that he represents the very problems that many gay men have to deal with. For him, being a muscle masculine white male benefits him and he takes advantage and exploits it for real. Does he realize how what he does impacts other gay men negatively? Just like Davey wavey.

I am pretty much comfortable with my body and who I am. It's always a work in progress. However, I feel that there is this need or push from certain companies, outlets, subjects such as him and etc within the gay community to make people within it to feel insecure with themselves to keep things a certain way where people are controlled or being socially programmed. I just don't see any positive message in this video and I understand that he's an entertainer but what exactly is the point of the video? It's funny how his gimmick was to basically be the so called first openly gay country singer where he's supposed to break down doors for us collectively in the music business but in reality, within our community he's exactly the type of person that helps create an atmosphere of negativity where many have to question their self worth and place it on sex, body images, shallow bullshit that shouldn't matter and basically creating a level of inauthenticity where people can't even be themselves.
