I can't take the constant signing in, being booted, signing in, not authorized to comment in threads, data base errors you name it. I've complained in the report a bug section with no results or even an acknowledgement from the people who run this place. I've been here a long time and don't complain much, but this place sucks lately. *%%*

Will the management even see this thread, seems they only respond to a site help thread and then only after about a week of complaining.

I've had no problems here apart from the Database Error stuff that they fixed a couple of weeks ago, well fixed for me anyway.

Yeah, I still get booted, but part of me can't be bothered to care because after a while you get used to it.

I am having no issues with Chrome.

It could be the browsers and their updates and how they interface with different sites...

On ebay now...I sometimes need to use three browsers to accomplish ONE task...
I prefer IE but it won't do inserts or C&P and then I switch to Firefox WHICH I HATE and it doesn't recognize pictures so Chrome finishes the job...it sucks...

I would try a different browser and perhaps do a systems restore to a point before the trouble started. Sorry that you are going through this.

No problems with Chrome here neither.

Have you tried downloading a different browser? If so, which ones, and what happened?
Sounds like a cookie issue. It is not remembering the 'remember me' box when you sign in.

Hello, Trying to fix a few bugs.... Be back as soon as I can. Best,Vannie.

This evening I've been booted and had to log in a few times...had the same problem a few weeks ago, but not really any since. It's been at least a half hour now since I've been booted...still copying my post before I hit the post quick reply button though. ;)

I don't think it's the browser/firefox since I don't have the problem on other sites.

Am I the only one who isn't having these issues? Maybe it's like YouTube where only some users have annoying problems, while other users don't.
I just click "Keep me signed in", otherwise it signs me out every time I click on a different page. It works fine on both Firefox and Internet Explorer.

My worse problem was in the porn section, my hard drive turned into a 3" floppy...:grrr:

It almost has to be on your setup – browser settings, firewall settings, router, over aggressive anti virus software, etc.

Have you tried visiting/posting with your account on other computers, or better yet, other locations?

If you have someone from JUB who you trust, give him your password so he can log in with your account to see how it goes from his location.

Oh, and, what operating system are you using?

No problems at all, and I'm using Chrome for the browser (for JUB) on this computer, and IE on the other computer.

On the other hand, I have issues with audio on YouTube often stopping in the middle of a video.

YMMV.

I stopped using IE with version 8. It was so corrupted that it couldn't be repaired without a reformat. I switched to Firefox and haven't looked back. Tried Chrome, did not like it at all.

OK, start Firefox. Then click Help, then click Restart with Add-ons Disabled. Log in and see if the problem persists. If so, then it is being caused by one of your add-ons. You'll need to disable all add-ons and re-enable them one by one until the problem shows back up.

You can also 'refresh' Firefox. To do that, click Help then Firefox Help. That takes you to the Mozilla support page. There you can refresh or download a "fresh copy".

If you decide to download a "fresh copy", I suggest downloading MozBackup: http://sourceforge.net/projects/mozbackup/ Then use it to backup your bookmarks and such. MozBackup will also allow you to import your backup into the new version of Firefox.
