Attention What are you having for dinner?

Years ago Friendly's Restaurant chain used to have a Teriyaki Burger on the menu. I forget what exactly was on it but I did my own version of it tonight.

Big grilled burger with a grilled slice of fresh pineapple along with Canadian bacon and green onion with World Harbor Teriyaki sauce on a Ciabatta roll. I added some Romain lettuce.

My Honey and my Nephew and his wife loved them.

Strawberries and Fluff dip for dessert.
Teriyaki goes so well with everything. I’ve been doing a chicken, brusssel sprout and carrot stir fry with teriyaki sauce. I’ve also been making a teriyaki glazed roast cauliflower that is really good with steak.

Is it sold pre-made or did you do the whipping?
No you buy a big jar of Fluff (16 ounces)and mix that into 2- 8 ounce bars of pre-softened cream cheese. If your cream cheese is soft enough you can whip it together with a big spoon.

I did huge platters of fruit for my Brothers wedding with Fluff dip for 100 people poolside. That and the jumbo shrimp cocktail was what everyone gravitated to and pigged out on.

Sounds delicious!

Where berries are concerned, I'm usually content with Reddi-Whip if I want some dip. (Hey! It's real whipped cream, just mixed with nitrous oxide! What's wrong with that?) And yeah, freshly whipped cream is even better if someone else goes to the trouble.

Nothing wrong with Reddi-Whip. Yum.

The Fluff dip is kinda like quick cheesecake. Goes well with other fruits as well but nice big ripe strawberries are the best.

Another round of salad, whote wheat bread, almond butter, blueberries, and iced tea.

These were the last blueberries in the box, but fortunately life will stagger on, as I have a new box already to go.

You? Brussels sprouts? Run for your lives!!!

Both of those sound good. :)

Y'all are making me hungry.

It's hard to cook for just two. Especially when recipe doesn't scale down and the next day is all "we had this last night". I hate juggling leftovers in the fridge but, it mostly works.

You can keep the Brussels sprouts. Gag.

What are wet cured smoked pork chops? Yeah, I could google. I'm lazy atm.

Grilled pork chops, red potato salad and green salad. Now it is almost ice cream time!
