American Idol: Season 10

Holy fuck! That picture of Jovanny and Stefano is insane! Those guys are so hot!
 
I thought that Stefano's performance was good, I don't remember anyone ever doing a techno remix of a song, and it was kind of catchy.

And I am not liking Casey too much, he reminds me too much of Taylor - Soul Patrol.
 
Last night was ok. There were a couple good ones (Pia and Jacob imo) but the rest were rather bland. I didn't like Paul, James or Casey. Karen was good but blah beyond control. She has no X Factor at all.

Love Stefano like every gay man does right now but I was no impressed with his vocals last night. The arrangement was good though.

I sorta liked what Naima attempted to do with her performance. But the fact that she wasn't breathing properly throughout the performance threw everything off.

Ashton and Karen will probably be Bottom 2 with Ashton going home. Fine by me. She should have never made it over Kendra in the first place.

Little impressed me with the song choices or the way those song choices were done.

Yeah! Casey was unbelievable. By the time he finished the song I was jacked high.

Scottie did what he does and that seems to be something the crowd likes and I kinda like that aold timey country music. Scotty can be cute as a button and then sometimes look like he just stepped off the V ship.

Durbin hit it out of the park and what control he demonstarted.

Stefano is so god awful cute I couldn't dislike him no matter what. His eyes are so sparkling amazing, those lips and the way he holds himself onstage is great. For the cute factor and for my horny tongue I hope he is around a long time.

Paul was just horrible as was Lusk who tried to over sing and all he did was over compensate for lack of pitch, tempo and melody. He was the worst for me but he'll stay because no one wanted to tell that lazy eyed whack that he was bordering on ridiculous.

I liked the way Haley sung the song with all the yodels and voice changes. That is not a very easy thing to do.
 
I was sad to see that girl screw up Selena. That's a favorite ballad of mine. And I just did not enjoy it.
 
I watched last night's show and still think Jacob Lusk is the guy to beat. He did not do as well last night as his previous performances, but he was still great.

James Dubin will give Jacob a serious challenge. This guy is awesome.

For the ladies, it is Thia and Tia. Tia does not fail to delivery with every performance. Thia stumbled a little last night, but still is better than the other ladies.

I'm still not sure about the producer/record executive involvement. It seems like he puts more unnecessary pressure on the kids. Thia, for example, seemed so bright and confident in the beginning but all this extra shit seems to be driving her to a breakdown.

I just love Stefano so much. And you're right. His eyes sparkle. And his lips are amazing. I could do w/o that little patch of hair under his lip though. That's how I know he's straight. Only a straight guy would keep that mess on their face.

And I'll third the comment on Stefano's eyes. I love those big brown puppy-dog eyes of his, and the sparkle in them is just the icing on the cake. You could stare into those things for hours! Definitely a great feature. :cool:

I hope Karen doesn't go home tonight!!

Of the Final 13 performances, my favorites were Casey, Karen, Tia, Thia, Haley, and Naima. Lauren, Stefano, Ashthon, and Jacob were okay.

Stefano is so hot, I can barely keep my clothes on when he's onscreen. So glad that he not only survived tonight but wasn't even in the Bottom Three.

The Bottom Three pissed me off though because even though Ashton and Haley aren't the best, no way do they deserve to be bottom tier with Paul, Thia, Karen and especially Lauren stinking up the joint this week. God you guys I know she's a child but I can't express how much I HATE Lauren Alaina. Everything about her bugs me! Her hideous clothes, her hair, her horrible personality, the retarded way she talks, her inability to take a compliment, her sense of entitlement. I hate that she'll probably outlast a bunch of good people the same way Katie Stevens and Aaron Kelly did last year (and at least they weren't loathsome).

Ashton wasn't great but she brought swagger and style to the comp that's missing in the others. I wish she could have lasted a little longer.
 
Also, Pia is totally winning this shit and even though she's not much more than a traditional balladeer, I kinda dig her. She seems sincere and sweet and she can definitely sell emotional content with her singing.

But I agree with everything else you said. I can't stand Lauren either. I liked her during auditions. But I can't stand her anymore. But I think Paul is more annoying and cocky. Either way, middle America seems to like them, especially Lauren.

But Thia I like. She has been fucking up since she got to Hollywood. She doesnt have the same spark she used to have. It was so evident when she broke down after Wed show, that she needs to get it together.

And I agree Ashton had a little personality. Plus I liked her big ass. Speaking of big asses. How hot was J-lo tonight? It's so funny b/c when she was announced as a judge I was so less than thrilled.

I was so happy he was one of the first ones to be safe, guess my couple hundred of votes helped ;) I'm definitely gonna keep calling every week for 2 hrs straight and use my 50 online votes to keep him in, I really liked his performance last night too.

I definitely would have kept Kendra but no need to get rid of Stefano and Haley. Not with Lauren, Karen, Paul and Thia still in there.
