^ i am saying that your logic for liking it is flawed. anybody who tells me he doesn't care about the restrictions and politcal or ethical problems and still likes it .. well go ahead. you might appear as weird person to me, but i am tolerant. but if you tell me that you do NOT like this and that and apple politics but still support them by buying their stuff, i see something more amiss
I find these Apple is bad arguments fascinating, but you went way beyond my expectations on this one^ so you are probably that kind of person who also buys products produced by child labor. because after all - the product works well for you, who cares about the company politics.
sure, it's a "bigger" ethical dilemma. but it's the same reasoning.

well if someone tells me that he doesn't care about the ethics/moral of the company that he supports, i think it's fair game to pull out the big guns.

Does it have flash?![]()
I hate my iPhone, because as of June 21, 2010, I STILL can't send or accept an invite to a meeting. Even though iPhone receives the invitation, shows the little .ics icon, it just stupidly sits there doing nothing with it. Even though as soon as I get home to my Mac, I can just double-click it and mobile me will pop it into my iPhone automatically, several hours after it would have been convenient to do that directly on the iPhone. And, as you may have noted, even though I'm paying for MobileMe. I'd throw the damn thing out the window right now if I could, however as I'm in Canada, I still have over a year to go on my THREE years of indentured servitude. iOS 4 is a big pile of fail, as far as I'm concerned. Yes, this is what a disillusioned Mac user looks like.
I hope you'll share more about it!
