Current gas price in your area?

I've bought myself a smart car!

Cost £17 to fill it up instead of £50 that my old car did :D

Congrats. ..|

How does it drive?

Thanks. :D

Well it will never win any speed races and it takes a while to get used to it's little quirks... but it is cheaper on petrol, cheaper to insure and cheaper road tax. I'm be happy with that.

BTW if you put the passenger seat down it holds more than you would believe.

It was announced today, my city had the cheapest gas in the nation. Doesn't mean it isnt still high though

^ Interesting, BlackWolf.

My local news (not but 30 seconds ago) said Missouri has the cheapest gas in the nation right now - obvious a difference between city and state, but interesting nontheless...I guess the size of TX might have something to do with it ;)

Or maybe it's because the sewers run with oil in Houston

lol, i think it's the sewers.

but in all truth, the fact Houston is a oil city, not only in the businesses but the oil production doesn't mean anything.

all the oil produced here is already bought and promised to whatever city or country that has boughten it. although, if a say, world war were to happen, i'd bet that Houston is safe with oil, and Texas is safe with the military.

I purchased gas yesterday at $3.91 per gallon. Not as bad as some areas of the country.

Today out here in Richmond, California it was 4.51. Thats just so outrageous.
20.00 used to fill up my car. Now im lucky if i even get a half a tank out of it

With my Wal-Mart gift card (save 3 cents a gallon) I got gas for $3.95 a gallon regular $3.98 a gallon.
With my new car it only took $22.50 for about a half a tank. Compared to my old car that is way cheap!

I filled up yesterday at $3.899. I saw as much as $3.999 for regular unleaded. It cost $58.00 for 14.875 gallons. :dead:

Today I saw as low as $3.829, with our lone E85 station selling it at $3.369.

Speaking of E85, has anyone tried this stuff? Is it worth it? I have an '01 Taurus FlexFuel, which is supposed to be able to use the stuff, but I'm wary. My parents have a '99 Yukon and tried the E10, only to have their fuel filter thoroughly clogged.

$4.19 for premium.

Hoping it hits $5 per gallon soon.

how many litres in a gallon?

here its a $1.60 plus per litre. To fill up a full tank it cost about $90 plus or maybe more i think but never fill a full tank.
