Weapon Plus is the program name for the super-soldier series. Cluster 6 is Twelve, Fantomex is Thirteen, and Ultimaton is Fifteen. Fourteen was never shown.
The first time Fantomex attacked Xorneto in the Planet X arc, Xorneto identified him by his codename (which most of the New X-Men team knew), but Esme on the other hand, identified him by his Weapon number, which she had no way of knowing since a) she never met/seen him before on panel and neither did she have reason to, b) his helmet is thought-proof, AND c) because he never introduced himself by his Weapon number, ever. So how did she know that he was Weapon XIII?
Next, and most blatant, in "Here Comes Tomorrow", 150 years into the future, the only X-Men left are Logan, Beak Jr., Skylark, E.V.A., Cassandra, No-Girl, and the Three-in-One. It was insinuated in the first issue (I don't have it, but I read it somewhere...) that the three ladies were still alive thanks to a regenerative property that prevented aging (different from Logan's or Fantomex's since theirs prevented them from dying).
By then, the Stepfords have made Cerebra their home, and it's shown somewhere in the back, the title: Weapon XIV, Unitls 1,3, and 5. Arranged alphabetically, Esme and Sophie were 2 and 4, which were the missing numbers.
When the Dark Beast sent a parasite to infect the telepaths on the last ish (this I have), the Cuckoos, who were the last ones standing, opted to self-destruct Cerebra and themselves rather than get eaten by the other infected telepaths. When the system counted down, not only did the machinery announce that Cerebra was shutting down, but that the consciousness of Weapon XIV units 1,3 and 5 were going to disappear as well.
Marvel though, has not confirmed their identity as being that of Weapon XIV - - but one small and very unlikely tie is that the Weapon Plus creator mentioned having a mole in the institute (what better way than to pose as a student?).
