Wow...that flight to Paris was a total surprise. PR has never left NY.

I have to say again though -- I HATE Jeffery!!! Why does he have to be such an instigator? And I'm so pissed that he of all people won the challenge. I was praying Michael would win again. And I'm sad to see Angela go. I was rooting for her after Alison left, especially since she seemed like the underdog and she really turned her game around. I really wish that Kayne would have left. His outfit looked ridiculous.

Kayne's outfit was awful...He was doing so beautifully in the beginning, and then just all the sudden went on a downward slope of bad taste. Glad to see Angela go, tired of seeing her "rosettes" incorporated in every single design.

I like kayne but that outfit was a JOKE! It looked like an Elvis costume....truly a mess and his ass looked like it was trying to escape from that fabric!
I liked Angela too.. poor girl. If Iwas her I probably would've added a new black & blue tattoo to Jeffrey's freakish neck. Plus he would've still been walking funny after shoving his Dr. Martins up his ass for talking to my mother like he did Angela's!

Michael's garb to me looked like something left over from a Duran Duran video in the 80's!

I'm sure he'll win though....I'm not prejudice AT ALL but It's probably the year for a person of color to win!

Jeffrey is an obnoxious prick even when he wins! Michael is week-in and week-out my favorite! He's good at what he does, and isn't so married to an idea that he can't change it up when he sees that it isn't working, plus he's gracious with the other contestants (notice his showing Kayne how to walk the runway), and easy on the eyes! (And he's from around here, so I might have a chance at him...). I also love Laura! I would love to do lunch with her, and, if I were a woman, I think a Laura Bennett design would be a must-have in my wardrobe! Angela did seem nice, but the sewing machine thing bugged me, and her design was just awful this week! Can't help but recall that her win was with the assistance of both Michael and Laura. Who wouldn't have benefitted from working in that situation?
I do hope that this is Jeffrey's last win. The melt-down should be some satisfying viewing.

I'm waiting on Laura to have a pre-partum smackdown on Jeffrey. She can't stand him and now that she's preggers, I think she may snap on him. It would make for good TV.

Stupid question,but how did the contestants have passports ready on such short notice?Do they have to apply for them when they are chosen for the show?Also can anyone apply for a passport without that person knowing?

I can't stand Jeffery either, but the minute he walked onto the runway, I knew he'd win. So much from so little and the epitome of jet setting. I love Kayne, but he's still living off the Monroe-noir dress which was so fabulous. I once thought he's make it to the final three, but I doubt it now. Laura patterns and sews better than any of them and she will have a sucessful career designing for main line matrons. (She was so striking with her hair down, but I'm a sucker for women with auburn hair, even if its from a bottle.) Uli gets bore boring by the moment, but she does use patterned fabric more than anyone else who's ever been on the show which is nice. I think the judges were impressed that Vincent didn't glue any dead leaves onto his shirt and pants or put a basket on his head. Michael will surely win. He's been first twice and second twice. I really feel he's been the most consistant in terms of originality, tailoring and "getting" what the challenge is about.. Plus he seems so humble and grateful when he's complimented.

Oh, and it was really time for Angela to go. She looked like she was dressed for a farm number in an old MGM musical. I don't know how the judges kept from laughing out loud when she gave the backstory for her design.

Yes Yes.. Jeffrey is an asshat. I was expecting his glue gunned pants to come apart during the trip. ha!
Kayne's designers are sooo gay but like in a tacky queenie way. I could totally see that outfit in International Male.
Angela was jet setting to the Walmart in Tuscaloosa then to the Dollar Tree in Swinney Switch. Her outfit was totally Summer Sale at Sears.

yeah...jeffrey is turning into angela...they are both assholes so that's probably why he hated her so much...too similar. it's too bad cause i also think he's real talented but his personality is so fucked that i hope he gets his ass handed to him...


it's all about michael...he's the man (though his outfit sucked this week...the judges loved it though...i think he floated by on goodwill based on his great work in the past this week but overall, he's a great talent...)

Why not just admit you are a racist and see the world by color and not by talent. It would be one thing if the guest judges didn't always seem to also like Michael's work. As a person Michael seems like a really great guy...Perhaps the coolest/nicest guy on the show. I personally don't like most of his outfits!

As for me being a "racist" that is extremely laughable!! On BB I was rooting for Danielle all the way...read the thread. I could have easily said " It's a year for a male to win" "It's a year for a female to win." Nothing more was meant by it than an observation/opinion.
Please don't try to make this into a post about racism......It's about fashion baby.....MAKE IT WORK!

I appreciate your response and calling you a racist was certainly over the top. My only point was that I hate it when people assume its because of race when a minority wins but talent when a white wins. It just offends me, especially when I see Michael as very talented. His outfits are so well tailored. That is not to say he is the best, but just that he is good enough to win based on talent regardless of race.

I think Jay McCarroll (season 1 winner) was a person of color - well, at least a colorful person.....
Chloe Dao (season 2 winner) is Vietnamese. I think that qualifies her to be a person of color.
I think the person who is the best designer should win, personally. And I don't think that's Jeffrey.
They have just announced that they will be making a Canadian version of Project Runway....

i wouldn't wear it but it looked cool...but he really does suck as a person...he must be insecure cause he's turning into a bigger shit every week...

i'm still with michael but he floated by on goodwill again this week....he deserved to be in the bottom two but i think he got by on his superior work in the past...i'd still bet on him to win though.

I'm rather mystified as to why Jeffery won. I thought Uli's garment was much nicer and far more flattering on her model. To me the only thing going for Jeffery's garment was the bright yellow fabric. Although Michael did hit a speed bump in the couture department I'm glad to see he survived. I think Kayne has a lot of talent, but lately everything he puts on the runway is very "Vegas Baby!" Laura's and Vincent's were very uninspired and I'm not disappointed to see Vincent go. I'm eager to see what happens next week. Laura looks like she's having preggers inspired mood swings!
