Is this the hope you were talking about in that other thread? I guess if anything this means there's hope for guys who sexually assault or proposition minors, hope that they can still make it to the US senate on the republican ticket. Ummm, congrats?

No ordinarily the accusations would be the kiss of death for a GOP candidate. Rockefeller mossed the GOP candidate because he was divorced. But the accusations are not the most important thing in the whole country. Holding onto the senate pretty much is.
 
^ But it's okay to be a kiss of death for a Democrat. I don't hear you defending Al Franken. It's okay for his political career to be destroyed by allegation, but you waste your time trying two defend two of the biggest hypocrites in your government, both with a long history of sexual abuse.

When POTUS goes out of his way to support a motherfucker even crazier and more morally debased than he is, one can only think he should be careful what he wishes for. Even he could be surprised.
