I NAILED the chicken!!!! Perhaps a tiny bit salty but with some buttered macaroni on the side... damn. Not quite "restaurant" quality but very very close.

I'm no expert on Calzones, but a Calzone and Stromboli can both have similar fillings with Italian cheese, the Calzone usually has ricotta cheese with mozzarella and parmesan. A calzone begins with a circle of dough folded in half over the filling and crimped like an empanada. A Stromboli starts with a rectangular piece of dough filled with meats and cheeses and rolled up lengthwise and sealed by folding the dough over the edges.
